A working party of stoma nurses was set up, within a region of the United Kingdom, to explore the management of stomal granulomas at the Muco-cutaneous junction.  It was found that currently there is diversity of management regimes practiced when treating granulomas, with no clear guidelines.  The aim of this poster is to demonstrate the treatment of granulomas in a step by step guide in the form of a flowchart.  The guidelines have successfully gained accreditation from the Royal College of Nursing and will be rolled out nationally.  By displaying the poster internationally it will be a great opportunity to share best practice. This piece of work will be published.
