Introduction :
In Indonesia especially in Dharmais Cancer Centre Hospital more than 60% patients came with advance  stage of cancer. Method
The Study was a prospective study ( uncontrolled trial) 118 respondent  presenting with malodorous wounds were enrolled for this clinical study during January – December 2008 period. All patients recieved  treatment witih the innovation topical formulation . Wound was evaluated  before and after initial application by patient and investigator. The patient were followed for 2 weeks..

Statistical Analysis :

The mean baseline scores were compared (pretest) to mean score following  treatment with topical innovation formulation (pos test), using a nonparametric test ( Friedman”s Test) for the comparison of repeated measures.
