In our litigious world, WOC Nurses face the possibility of being deposed, either as a defendant or on behalf of the plaintiff.  Successful depositions don't just happen – they require preparation and critical thinking about the case and your viewpoints.

This presentation / poster will present ten tactics to help you achieve a successful deposition.  These tactics reflect the expert witness literature as well as my personal experience as a Legal Nurse Consultant & Expert Witness.
