Physicians´ and Nurses´ Competencies Allocation in Wound Healing
          The progress of situation in modern wound healing has required consideration of implemetation of certain changes in a position of specialized nurses. Nurses in Czech Republic play an active role in wound healing area but without adequate legislative backround. The institutionalizaton of the system of nurses´ competences as well as specialized education and subsequent training has proved to be important particulary in daily practise.
           A main theme of the poster is a proposal of cross-matrix for competences as an instrument of competencies allocation between physician and nurse. Four case-studies are included where proposed system of competences regulation is demonstrated in use.
