Biographical Sketch:
Marian Tabi is an associate professor of nursing and Director of Program Outcomes at Georgia Southern University School of Nursing in Statesboro, Georgia.  She is a certified foot care nurse. She earned her master's and PhD from the University of Illinois at Chicago, master's in public health with a concentration in biostatistics, and undergraduate nursing degree from Pace University at White Plains, NY. Currently, she teaches research to  undergraduate junior level nursing students, and biometrics to advanced practice nurses in the doctor of nursing practice (DNP) program. She conducts a summer study abroad program on footcare to Costa Rica. She is a recipient of HRSA grants totaling over $3 million dollars. Her research and publication work primarily focus on diabetes and chronic disease management, footcare, and nursing education.
