Biographical Sketch: Lisa Q. Corbett is an Advanced Practice Nurse , board certified in wound ostomy continence care, whose role encompasses direct practice, consultation, research and education for patients in an 800- bed tertiary care hospital and affiliates in home care, skilled nursing and wound center settings. She is also a partner in a WOCN/APN private practice and is active in wound research, publications and teaching. She is a co-editor of the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Secrets book published by Hanley and Belfus. She was an author of the AAWC Venous Ulcer Algorithm and is co-chair of the AAWC Wound Care Specialty Council.
