Management of skin complication around the stoma of ostomy patients
Abdominal surgery for the gastro-intestinal and urinary tract can result in the patient being left with an abdominal stoma. most common types of abdominal stoma are the colostomy, the ileostomy and the ileal conduit. In many of these types of operations, the patient is unable to control the passage of body waste material, so that it was easy to have skin complication around the stoma.
The process of reducing complication areas of skin around the stoma of an ostomy patient comprised of:
1.     cleansing with finely in a liquid medium which is non-irritant to the skin : NSS
2.     relief in a short time (generally within 24 hours or more)and curing of the irritation by powder, paste, or an ointment or cream
3.     choosing a finely device which are fitted around the stoma
4.     give information and empower patients and caregivers for reduce the problem of dissatisfaction remedy to avoid or quickly cure.

 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In accordance with the present invention, it has been found that this process of reducing complication areas of skin around the stoma.
